Daniel G. Heyman is a native New Yorker; born, raised and educated in New York City. He earned his Juris Doctor degree at Fordham Law School. Dan has practiced law in the State and Federal courts in New York for more than 30 years. Early in his career Dan worked in the litigation departments of law firms that represented insurance companies and other large commercial interests. In 1988 he established his own law firm, representing accident victims seeking compensation for their injuries and advising and representing individuals and small businesses in various types of legal disputes. He has dedicated himself to providing his clients with the highest quality representation. Dan Heyman is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.
